Amanda Awanjo is a Doctoral Candidate in the English Department focusing on critical race theory, childhood studies, and the digital humanities.
Palak believes that there's a book to remedy every situation. Palak aspires to be a music journalist and write for a publication like The New York Times, Rolling Stone, or Billboard.
Harini has a master's degree in publishing and writing and a bachelor's degree in visual communication. Her professional journey has taken her from editorial design to writing to social media management. Find her work here.

Sydney Pope is a Baltimore based artist who’s acting and directing credits include Baltimore’s Centerstage, The Maryland Ensemble Theatre, Towson University, and most recently Rapid Lemon Productions. Her passion? Examining hegemony, head on. An avid reader and blossoming critic she loves sharing her thoughts about her latest read on Bookstagram. In 2021, she stepped down from Producer to work full-time in Film Production.

Rose Heredia is Afro-Dominican from Billyburg, Brooklyn, New York. She currently lives in Oakland where she helps lawyers save the Earth. She has an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of San Francisco and Post-Baccalaureate Certificate Program in Writing. She is a VONA and Las Dos Brujas alumna. She is a Culture writer for Epifania Magazine, Assistant Non-fiction Editor for VIDA Review and has been published by the Dominican Writers Association and HeadFake.
